This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and [Legal entity / your name], ("we", "us") for the DeskFellow software application ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use one copy of the Software on Mac computers you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to this Agreement. Your purchase is a one-time license — pay once, keep it, no subscription.
You may not: (a) resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your license; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where that restriction is prohibited by law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (d) use the Software unlawfully.
The Software, including the DeskFellow name, the "Felix" character and all artwork, sounds, and design, is owned by us and protected by law. This Agreement licenses, does not sell, the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Updates within the same major version may be provided at our discretion and are covered by this Agreement. Future major versions may be offered separately.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
