This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Nune Poghosyan ("we", "us") for the DeskFellow software application ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use one copy of the Software on Mac computers you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to this Agreement. Your purchase is a one-time license — pay once, keep it, no subscription.
You may not: (a) resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your license; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where that restriction is prohibited by law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (d) use the Software unlawfully.
The Software, including the DeskFellow name, the "Felix" character and all artwork, sounds, and design, is owned by us and protected by law. This Agreement licenses, does not sell, the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Updates within the same major version may be provided at our discretion and are covered by this Agreement. Future major versions may be offered separately.
The Software collects no personal data. It runs entirely on your Mac, with a single exception: a one-time license-activation check with our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, when you enter a license key. After that check, it stays silent — no further network activity. See the Privacy Policy: https://deskfellow.app/privacy.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. DeskFellow is sold through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, so any refund is handled under their policies.
This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using and delete the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
